Come to the Water is a free twenty-minute contemplative practice for men in midlife who are ready to stop, breathe, and begin. It moves through five simple elements — a body scan & gentle yoga to quiet the body, a scripture reflection to engage the mind, a guided breath care audio to settle what the Word has stirred, a closing blessing to carry you back into your day, and a journaling prompt to catch whatever remains. It is not a course, not a program, and not another thing to complete. It is a single practice, offered free, to return to every day for five days — because depth comes not from variety but from return. Come to the Water is where the Ichthus journey begins.
