Your Instructor & Guide

Clark Cameron-Gonzalez, is the founder of Ichthus Men, a contemplative digital wellness community designed for men navigating the unique challenges of faith, embodiment and midlife.

Drawing on more than a decade of experience as a yoga instructor and men's wellness guide, Clark has created an integrated platform that holds the body, mind and soul together in a single, honest practice — grounded in the Christian contemplative tradition and shaped by the conviction that midlife is not a crisis to survive but a threshold to cross.

Clark's work is pastoral in tone and personal in origin. His platform was born not from a business plan but from his own experience of a faith that stopped fitting, a body that demanded to be heard, and the absence of any space where those two realities could be held together honestly. Ichthus Men is the community he needed and could not find — built for men who are done performing their faith and ready to live it, fully and honestly, in their whole body.

His offerings include Come to the Water, a five-day introductory practice; The Shore, a three-week immersive program; standalone contemplative workshops including The Psalms for Men, Doubt as Doorway, and The Father Wound; and The Crossing, a five-day residential retreat in the Algarve region of Portugal planned for the near future.

The Vision

Envision a community where men over forty discover the courage to be whole. The vision is to facilitate a transition from performance-driven living to soul-centered presence—creating a future where the second half of life is defined by integrated faith, bodily health and enduring peace for the journey ahead.

Who Is The Ichthus Man?

Ichthus is a community for the man navigating the threshold of midlife—those seeking a path to wholeness that integrates faith with the reality of a changing body. Like men who wlak together and are weary of performance and hungry for presence, offering a sanctuary where spiritual map-making is done in the company of others. Here, still waters are found in shared silence and intentional practices.

No performance required.
