Vespers

A thirty-minute Sunday evening practice to set the tone for the week ahead.

Every Sunday at 5PM — recorded, released and waiting for you right here.

Sunday evening carries a particular quality of light.

Vespers is a thirty-minute practice designed to meet you in the quiet transition between Sunday's rest and the coming demands of the week. It is a space of non-performance—no expectations, no demands, just a shared rhythm of restorative movement, breath care and Biblical contemplation. We gather to cultivate a heart that is settled and a mind that is clear, preparing to enter the new week from a place of stillness.

Thirty minutes. Four rhythms. One man, more settled than when he arrived.

Light Biblical Teaching

A short, focused look at a single text or theme, designed to nourish the soul without overwhelming the mind.

Restorative Movement

Gentle, accessible mobility work to release the physical tension carried in the male body—neck, shoulders, and lower back.

Breath Care

Guided breathing specifically aimed at calming the nervous system and regathering your focus for the week ahead.

Weekly Prayer and Blessing

A liturgical closing to center you in truth and send you into Monday with a sense of settled peace.

Every Sunday. Right here. Always available.

Vespers is open to all. No subscription required, no login needed. Every Sunday evening at 5PM ET, a new practice is released right here on this page. It remains waiting for you throughout the week, ensuring you have the space to return to stillness whenever you need it most.

This Week's Practice

Released every Sunday at 5PM ET. New every week.

Vespers is a gift—from Ichthus to you, and from those who support this work to those who need it most. We believe men need spaces of stillness that aren't behind a paywall. If you've found value here and would like to help us keep this practice free for others, your support goes directly to recording, producing and releasing these weekly practices. No gift is too small and every gift is a sign that this work matters.

Question.  Comment.
