Clark is the founder of Ichthus Men, a contemplative digital wellness community designed for men navigating the unique challenges of faith, embodiment, and midlife. Drawing on more than a decade of experience as a yoga instructor and men's wellness guide, Clark has created an integrated platform that holds the body, mind and soul together in a single, honest practice — grounded in the Christian contemplative tradition and shaped by the conviction that midlife is not a crisis to survive but a threshold to cross.

Clark's work is pastoral in tone and personal in origin. His platform was born not from a business plan but from his own experience of a faith that stopped fitting, a body that demanded to be heard and the absence of any space where those two realities could be held together honestly. Ichthus Men is the community he needed and could not find — built for men who are done performing their faith and ready to live it, fully and honestly, in their whole body.

His offerings include Come to the Water, a five-day introductory practice; The Shore, a three-week immersive program--standalone contemplative workshops including: The Psalms for Men, Doubt as Doorway and The Father Wound; and The Crossing, a five-day residential retreat planned for the near future in the Algarve region of Portugal.
